Wingamestore vs macgamestore6/7/2023 It's absurd in the extreme that goods with zero shipping costs have a higher arbitrage than food, which can spoil and is much harder to ship. Sure, it is better for people from a poor country to get games cheaper than I do, but if you look at, say, food, many items already have nearly the same prices in different countries. In fact, I'd say that digital sellers like Steam (I should probably say "most publishers selling on Steam") selling the goods at different prices to buyers from different countries is what is illegitimate. The only reason for things to have different prices in different countries are VAT, transport costs and tariffs (for NA until the next run of free trade agreements is implemented). wow ty guys i appreciate it 3 Kargor 2:42pm Yeah, they have decent prices every once in a while. They are also listed at which is another clue that they are legit. I bought a game from them around five years ago. In principle, one should expect a very nearly arbitrage-free market to establish itself for digital goods with zero transport costs, and this seems to be exactly what is happening. Wingamestore and Macgamestore are the same company and they are legit. The reality is that credit card and PayPal fraud is rampant, especially with Steam keys. We do this so the developers we work with dont get ripped off. There are many instances where some orders have to be manually processed. Click to expand. How is that not legitimate? At least in the EU, there is a common market, so anything legally sold in one country can be legally sold in any other. This is usually a red flag and the order has to be manually processed.
